About the Artist

Hello and welcome. My name is Bailey, but you can call me Bay. I am a Canadian artist and cosplayer based out of Alberta.

I have been doing art for most of my life and lean into an anime-esque style. My biggest inspirations are Cardcaptor Sakura, Tokyo Mew Mew and Pokemon. These all have special places in my heart and have influenced it throughout the years in some way, shape or form.

Typically I design stickers, sticker sheets, and stationary items. I like to design things that are useful or decorative in some way or something that I would use myself if I were to buy it. Not so much a print person, but it's something I'd like to branch into down the line.

Cosplay

I have been cosplaying now for a few years and have branched out into competitive cosplay. My dream one day is to compete internationally, but, let's not put the cart before the horse just yet. What I like to do specifically is paint dresses and skirts. This can be seen in my Eevee cosplay and my Coraline copslay. I also love to make gijinka cosplays of Pokemon. That is my bread and butter really as it is fun to see how everyone views the Pokemon in different ways.

My favorite thing about cosplay is designing the costumes and am open to designing costumes for others as it gets me some practice in my design skills.

Sewing

In between art and cosplay I like to sew plushies. I love to explore new patterns and create silly little guys to decorate, give to people or to sell. My favorite plushie I like to make is a plush rat (pattern by snowfeather0). I take custom orders from time to time on plushies as well.
